Artificial Intelligence Transparency Notice

Mediarye may utilize artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies, including traditional machine learning models and generative AI systems, to support operational workflows, improve platform functionality, and enhance the user experience.

Where enabled, AI may assist in analyzing transfer activity, identifying potential exceptions or anomalies, generating operational insights, surfacing relevant information, summarizing historical activity, supporting administrative workflows, and providing recommendations based on platform data. AI-generated outputs are intended to assist users and should not be considered a substitute for human judgment or independent verification.

Mediarye's AI systems operate on information contained within the platform, including transaction records, transfer events, location verification data, timestamps, audit documentation, user-provided information, and other operational data necessary to support the platform's intended functions. AI functionality is restricted to approved use cases and does not independently make decisions regarding financial transactions, employee actions, or business operations.

AI-generated outputs are advisory in nature and do not alter, replace, or modify Mediarye's underlying verified transfer records, audit trail, geolocation records, timestamps, transfer documentation, or other system-generated records. The official record of activity within Mediarye remains the information captured and maintained by the platform.

Mediarye employs reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information and maintain the security and confidentiality of data processed by the platform. Customer data is not used to train publicly available AI models, and AI processing is conducted within controlled environments designed to protect customer information.

Human oversight remains an important component of Mediarye's AI-assisted features. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content, recommendations, summaries, alerts, or insights before relying on them for operational, financial, compliance, or business decisions. While Mediarye strives to provide accurate and useful outputs, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or incomplete information.

Not all Mediarye customers or platform features utilize AI functionality. As a result, portions of this notice may not apply depending on the specific services, features, or configurations being used by an organization.

Mediarye continuously evaluates its AI systems to promote reliability, security, fairness, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws and industry best practices.
